Terms of Service

Welcome to Resonatia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Resonatia platform, including all products, services, models, software, APIs, and infrastructure provided by SELF Labs DAO LLC through the Resonatia network.

By accessing or using any part of the Resonatia platform, including as a user, node operator, or model provider, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to all services, APIs, model execution tools, hosting environments, and infrastructure offered through Resonatia.

"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing models through the API.

"Node Operator" refers to individuals or organizations hosting models and executing inference tasks through their devices.

"Provider" or "Model Provider" refers to individuals or organizations uploading models to the platform for distribution and monetization.

"ESSENCE" refers to the native utility token used to reward node operators and providers, and to pay for inference usage.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.

3. Platform Access and Usage

3.1 Users

  • Users may access AI models through Resonatia's unified API.
  • All usage is metered and billed in ESSENCE or fiat equivalents.
  • You must not abuse or overload the platform (e.g., DDoS, automated scraping beyond rate limits).

3.2 Node Operators

  • You may opt in to run the Resonatia runtime on your device to host models.
  • You are rewarded in ESSENCE based on verified job execution.
  • Tampering with proofs, faking task completions, or modifying model behavior will result in permanent banning and forfeiture of rewards.

3.3 Model Providers

  • You retain rights to the models you upload.
  • You grant SELF Labs DAO LLC a license to distribute, optimize, quantize, and serve your models through the network.
  • You are responsible for verifying that your model does not violate IP laws or include harmful content.
  • You may set your own pricing and share structure for model usage.

4. Prohibited Content and Activity

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or promotes violence.
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Deploy or interact with malware, viruses, or unauthorized code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

SELF Labs DAO LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or content at its sole discretion.

5. ESSENCE Token Use

  • ESSENCE is used as the native utility and reward token.
  • Use of ESSENCE is subject to applicable laws and regulatory compliance.
  • SELF Labs DAO LLC does not guarantee the monetary value or stability of ESSENCE.
  • ESSENCE cannot be refunded or exchanged through the platform for fiat unless explicitly provided.

6. Model Hosting and Rewards

  • Node operators earn ESSENCE when executing tasks and submitting valid proofs.
  • Model providers earn a revenue share whenever their model is used.
  • Resonatia calculates rewards based on transparent metrics including usage, latency, reliability, and model tier.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on the Resonatia site, including code, branding, documentation, and platform infrastructure, is owned by SELF Labs DAO LLC.
  • Models uploaded by users remain the property of their respective creators.

8. Availability and Modifications

  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete accuracy of model outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELF Labs DAO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
